Recommended Doses
Magnesium loosens bowels so we recommend starting on the lowest dose for the age group specified and then increasing as desired over time.
Babies to Toddlers (0-2 years old) - tip of a teaspoon
Toddlers (3-5 years old) - 1/4 teaspoon
Child (6-12 years old) - 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon
Teens to Adults - 1 to 3 teaspoons (servings)
