Did you know that every single cell in your body is replaced and renewed within a period of seven years your entire life?
This includes your brain, your heart, your liver, your nerves, etc, etc. Some cells get renewed in a few hours, some a few days, some months, some years but at the end of a 7-year period, you have a completely new body. Old cells die and are replaced by new cells.
Not one cell you were born with is still there when you reach seven, and again at 14, then again at 21, etc. The cells are replaced at different rates but you have a "brand new" body every seven years.
Ever noticed how a surface injury gets a scab and eventually the scab dries and falls off and you very often can’t even tell where the injury was? That’s because new cells replaced the old ones.
Isn’t it a relief to know you can get a new one and start again?
If you continue eating and leading a non-optimum life-style, your “new” body will just get worse and worse. However, the good news is that you can create a new and better body. How? By continuing with good habits and changing the bad ones that don’t contribute to a healthy body.
Get into the routine of good dietary habits and soon your desire for non-optimum foods will reduce and disappear completely. I have found that people that I help with their nutrition and body problems who follow my directions – myself included – have less desires for the wrong things, prefer the right foods and, as a result, they feel healthier, more energetic, less tired or depressed.
You don’t need to have poor sleep, heart or other organ problems, depression, moodiness, hot flashes, menopausal or PMS problems. It was never intended that way.
It is never too late to build good health. Start today and you will feel the difference. The main thing you need to understand is that if you have been neglecting your body for a long time, don’t expect overnight to have a top-performing body. Returning to good health is a long-term affair, not an overnight one. However, if you don’t start and continue in the right direction, you WILL end up with health problems. It is worth the effort to "get on the right path" and you can start feeling the difference immediately.
Your body needs a few basic things: protein, vitamins, minerals, oils/fats, water and air in the proper proportions and some exercise. If you give it these things it will serve you well. If you neglect them, you will be sputtering along like a car with engine trouble.
So, get on the road to health today and reap the rewards in good sleep, calm moods and less anxiety with more zest for life and your family.
Let me know how I can help you achieve good health.
