Tips to Prevent Jet Lag

  • Drink plenty of water but be sure to add Celtic Sea Salt, not table salt. Celtic sea salt is loaded with minerals and they are vital.
  • Limit coffee, alcohol, soft drinks, sugar and white flour, etc as they increase dehydration.
  • Wheat Germ Capsules or oil - the vitamin E in there creates oxygen in the body, which is reduced when flying due to high altitude and low oxygen up there.
  • Sleep as much as you can while flying.
  • Drink Instant CalMag-C as much as you need. It is vital and safe for babies (smaller doses).
