So, Why Is Calcium Such A Big Deal?

Your body is made up of 78% water by weight, and that water consists of hydrogen and oxygen gases. When nitrogen gas and carbon in the form of carbon dioxide and methane gases are added, that takes care of 95% of your body by weight.

Almost half of the remaining 5% is calcium, which controls all your biological functions. This amazing mineral provides the electrical energy for your heart to beat and for all your muscle movement.

It is the calcium ion (a particle that is electrically charged,positive or negative); that is responsible for feeding every one of your cells. It does this by latching onto seven nutrient molecules and one water molecule and pulling them through the cell walls. It then unloads and returns to repeat the process.

Another important biological job for calcium is DNA replication, which is crucial for maintaining youth and a healthy body. DNA replication is the basis for all your body’s repair functions and can only occur on a substrate (a surface on which an organism grows or is attached) of calcium.

Low levels of calcium means low body repair and premature aging.

As important as all these and hundreds of other biological functions of calcium are to human health, none is more important than the job of pH control.

Calcium to acid, is like water to a fire. Calcium quickly destroys oxygen-robbing acid in the body fluids.

Therefore, the more calcium, the more oxygen, which means less chance of cancer and other degenerative diseases. This is vital for a strong immune system. That’s your only defense against any kind of disease or illness, be it ‘flu or be it cancer.

How much calcium do you need?

If we examine the diet of millions of people around the world who consume more than 100 times “scientific” Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA), and who live 40 years longer than we do, age at half the rate that we do, are devoid of cancer, heart disease, mental disorders, diabetes, arthritis and all other degenerative diseases, you start to get the idea that facts are being withheld from us.

The Armenians, Azerbaijans and Georgians in Russian, the Tibetans, the Hunzas of Northern Pakistan, the Vilcabamba Indians in Ecuador, the Bamas in China and the Titicacas in Peru live at high altitudes above 8000 feet.

Their only source of water is melting glaciers, and the glacial water is so turbid and white with ground up rock that all of these cultures call the water “milk of the mountains”. Each quart of this water contains in excess of 17,000 milligrams of calcium along with other minerals that occur naturally in decent water plus 60 trace metals.

They drink several quarts each day and use the calcium and mineral-rich water to fertilize their crops. Their water is ALIVE, not dead.

In order to digest food, your stomach fluids must be acidic and your urine must also remain acidic to remove wastes from the body. Your blood must always remain at an alkaline pH 7.4 so that it can retain its oxygen.

When you get enough minerals in your diet, your blood is supplied the vital minerals needed to maintain an alkaline pH of 7.4.

When your intake of minerals is inadequate, your body is forced to rob other body fluids to maintain your blood. In doing so, it removes vital minerals, such as calcium, from your saliva, spinal fluids, kidneys, liver, etc., to maintain your blood pH at 7.4. This causes the de-mineralized fluids and organs to become acidic and therefore anaerobic (functioning without oxygen), inducing cancer and other degenerative diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, lupus, etc..
